Offered for sale is a Walther Model 4, chambered in 7.65mm Browning (.32 ACP). This is an early production Walther Model 4, serial number 36216, dating to approximately 1915–1916. Manufactured in Zella-St. Blasii, Germany, this pistol is a great example of WWI-era sidearms issued to German officers.
This pistol is in good mechanical condition, with a legible slide legend and functioning action. The bore shows expected wear for its age. The original grip panels are present, though there are a couple of small chips, as shown in the photos.
A great addition to any collection of WWI-era or early 20th-century European handguns.
