Description:
This is a very rare and original 1940’s Neon Budweiser Countertop Sign. It is in original untouched condition! This 2 color ruby red and white neon sign measures 17” high x 24” wide, and is made of cast aluminum. The top of the sign says, in raised embossed letters, “Preferred Everywhere”. The word “Beer” appears below the Budweiser neon. On bottom it says “Anheuser-Busch, Inc. St. Louis, MO”. There is a small riveted plate on the transformer box the reads (PROPERTY OF ANHEUSER BUSH INC. ST. LOUIS, MO ID # 50399)
This sign is all original including the transformer. It appears the neon is also original. There was an old repair to the top of the “S’ but it’s hard to tell.
