This pistol in excellent condition and was a prize pistol for the 1926 Canton Zurich Schutzenfest, held in Uster. Donated by the Swiss cotton merchant and philanthropist Alfred Reinhard (1873-1935), founder of Reinhard & Co. A silver cartouche is inlaid in to the grip stating his prize donation and signed A. Reinhard, Alexandria (British Egypt). Case hardened receiver with some light engraving, blued octagonal 250mm barrel (9.8") with excellent bore.
