Serial No. 634b, made February 1943, chambered in 9mm with a 5" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout. The slide and frame are both stamped with “Eagle/359" Waffenamt inspection marks. Pistol retains the majority of its original blued finish, with light thinning around the barrel and grip straps. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Includes an original black leather holster marked “cww – Eagle/WaA392 – 1942 – P38". The inside flap is marked “SS Rottf Heinrich / F.P. No. 11020B", with “Rottf" denoting Rottenführer (Squad Leader). A solid wartime example with interesting and potentially significant field-use markings. (PR72227)
