This is a scarce pre war J.P. Sauer 12 Gauge Hammergun…The 30" barrels are choked full and full. Very good bores with 2 ¾" chambers. Bores do exhibit evidence of light pitting, several inches up from the chambers…14" length of pull, with drops of 1 5/8 and 2 5/8". Wood is solid, but with checkering worn away…Weighs 7 pounds, 3 ounces…Serial # 224xxx, proofed in 1924…Nice old Sauer, not often seen…C&R eligible…
