We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very nice 22 Hornet rifle. It is a BRNO ZKW-465 which is the great garnd father of the CZ 527. These rifles are much higher quality than the current CZ rifles and are one of the finest Old World 22 Hornet production rifles available. The bolts are smooth and the triggers are great. They have a double set trigger system so you can shoot it either target light or hunting style heavier. The stock is contoured with excellent lines and these are joy to carry and shoot. This one includes the quick detach scope base and a very nice meopta 3X scope with German style reticle. The rifle also has iron sights. The bore is very good and this rifle will make a great target or varmint rifle. Treat yourself to one of the best 22 hornets around. Thanks for looking!
