FROM THE CMP:
Service grade Rifles will show less wear and a better cosmetic appearance THAN A Field or Rack Grade. Cosmetic condition will be good or very good. Rifle finish exhibits normal wear and or color variation among the metal parts. May have some visible pitting, frosting, or other minor cosmetic deformity on metal parts. Stock sets may consist of any species of wood and could exhibit dents, dings, scratches, or structurally insignificant cracks. New production, commercial stock sets may be used, and will likely exhibit signs of wear and prior use. Bores will be bright and free of any major defect that would be visible to the naked eye. The exterior circumference of the barrel crown may be nicked, dented, or dinged, but such deformity will not extend to the bore. Service grade muzzles will gauge “3 or less” and the throat erosion will gauge less than 5. Service Grade rifles are built using reclaimed receivers.
PURCHASER MUST BE 18 YEARS of AGE. This firearm will only be shipped to a currently licensed FFL dealer. By purchasing the item, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, live in a state where the purchase is not prohibited, you are not under indictment for, or have not been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year, you are not a fugitive from justice, are not an unlawful user of any controlled substance, have not been adjudicated as mental defective nor have been committed to a mental institution, and you are not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States. This firearm will only be shipped to a FFL dealer. A certified copy of the dealer's FFL must be provided to the seller before shipment occurs and shipment will only be made to the FFL dealer's address. No shipments of any pistol or semi-automatic rifle to California, New York, or New Jersey. No shipments will be made to the cities of Washington DC, Chicago, IL or New York City, NY.
