Description: This is an original Registered Magnum built in 1937 with a 5.5" barrel. If you don't know the history or origin behind this revolver, please take the time to look it up. I don't feel the need to clutter the description with all the details.  I obtained this firearm many years ago and have gone through this piece by piece. The pitting you see in the pictures was developed while it was stored (in pieces) improperly in oil. The cylinder was properly taken care of, and all the internals are very clean, both without corrosion. The bore is bright with very little signs of wear and is in overall excellent condition, again, no corrosion. The action is very smooth with the double-action trigger pull right around 8.5#, and the single-action trigger pull averaging at 2.75#.  This is a great opportunity to own a piece of history at a reasonable price.
