An Early Dealer Made Original Case For A Percussion Colt Model 1855 Root Percussion Revolver With A 3 1/2 Inch Barrel In Very Nice Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The case has a fine untouched original interior as shown. All of the interior lining is fine throughout as are the original partitions. The outer shell of the wood case is also fine throughout with a nice color and grain to it. There is no warping of the lid or any part of the box. There Is A Brass Escutcheon On The Lid With "JPC" inscribed in script on it. This Is An All Original And Fine Looking Early Civil War Colt Factory Case for a Percussion Colt Model 1855 Root Revolver With A 3 1/2 Inch Barrel!
