We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Ruger 77 chambered in 270 Winchester. This rifle was made in 1976 and has the red pad, tang safety, and no warning mark on the barrel. This rifle comes equiped with a Bushnell Sharpshooter 3-9 Scope mounted in Ruger Rings. Nice classic American hunting rifle. Thanks for looking!
