"SN: 5023. Made in May of 1943. 9mm with a 4.9"" barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Numbers matching AC43 code P.38 manufactured by Walther. Finish is in good condition with large areas transitioning to a brown patina. Waffenamts are clearly visible and appropriately marked ""E/359"". Bakelite grips show light handling wear. Action functions properly. Overall very good surplus condition.
