Beautiful Colt Lawman MK III revolver, made approximately in 1976.
Description:
Standard configuration Colt Lawman MK III, chambered in .357 Magnum, this example having a 2” barrel with a ramped front sight and grooved rear sight. Left side of the barrel is marked "LAWMAN MK III" and "357 MAGNUM CTG". Left sideplate with the Rampant Colt logo. Right side of the barrel with the usual two line Colt address. Color case hardened serrated trigger and target hammer. Fitted with checkered wooden grips with Gold Rampant Colt medallions. No box or literature.
Condition:
Blued finish is crisp 99+%, no muzzle wear, very faint cylinder ring, and a few tiny handling marks on backstrap that do not break the finish. Comparable condition grips, the right panel having a few superficial handling marks along the back edge. Recoil shield shows minimal evidence of having been fired. Mirror bore. A wonderful Colt Lawman MK III revolver with the desirable 2'' snub-nose barrel!
