The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 combines AR-style familiarity with the low recoil and affordability of the 9mm Luger cartridge, creating a fast-handling, highly adaptable pistol-caliber carbine. Ideal for home defense, competition, or tactical training, the FX-9 delivers excellent control and customization in a compact platform.
Built on a blowback-operated action, the FX-9 uses Glock®-pattern magazines, allowing shooters to share mags with compatible handguns. Its design includes a 9-inch threaded barrel, free-floating M-LOK handguard, and AR-style controls, all in a lightweight aluminum upper and lower receiver set.
This configuration includes a mounted SIG SAUER ROMEO-MSR red dot sight—a rugged, compact optic with 12 brightness settings and a 2 MOA dot for fast target acquisition in all lighting conditions. Combined with the FX-9’s low recoil and flat shooting behavior, this setup is ready for accurate and responsive shooting right out of the box.
