Description:
Savage 99m or DL's (same gun)were a later production version of the spectactular Savage 99's in their many iterations. Produced from 1960 to 1973. These retain the clever rotary magazine, cartridge counter and cocking but with the newer more user friendly upper tang safety.
Blue is excellent throughout with just a tiny bit of carry wear underneath the receiver, lever stil has considerable case color, correct oritginal sights with no non factory holes. The stock has some damaged see pics ....but someone a little handy could make this fine and there is no reason it couldn't be used for many years without touching it .

Bore is perfecct
Stock does not appear to have been shortened ...only the pad has been added
Not easy to find any 99's in 308 and M (Monte Carlo Comb) or DL (Deluxe) are esp. uncommon
