Rare Hungarian Frommer Model 1910 semi-automatic pistol in 7.65 Frommer caliber with correct original magazine, circa 1910-1912

Description:

An early developmental semi-automatic, single action in 7.65 Frommer, long recoil pistol, production about 11,000 units. This mid production example has a single line address on the sideplate over the serial number that is repeated on the top of the disassembly knob projecting from the right side. Fitted with vertically serrated grips and complete with an original mini-Luger type magazine.

Condition:

VG original rust blue finish with wear and scattered light oxidation as one might expect from a regularly carried pistol. Dull bore with easily discernible rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. One of the more unusual and seldom encountered pistols, some of which were reportedly used by the Hungarian police.
