RETURN POLICY: All firearms EXCEPT ANTIQUE FIREARMS come with a 3-day ON-FIRING, NO DIS-ASSEMBLY - (REMOVING PARTS, MOUNTING OPTICS, CLEANING, DETAIL STRIPPING) inspection / return privilege to cover any issue that was NOT noted in the written description -OR- shown in the photos of the item .
Inspection is based on a visual review of the gun to confirm the gun is in the condition stated. The inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame and inform JCB INDUSTRIES., by phone or e-mail, of any such issue.
IT IS REQUIRED TO get ahold of us before returning a firearm. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping. Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing. Antique guns are sold as/is and are in no means under any warranty or guarantee to function. Have ALL guns checked by a qualified gunsmith before attempting to fire.
Once the gun has been transferred on a 4473 there WILL BE NO RETURNS, PERIOD.
