This specimen features 23 in. barrel, original period open sights, pistol grip stock,and Schnabel fore-end. It has not been molested by having receiver area drilled for scope side mount and also includes original cheese grater magazine. Most important feature is the condition of its excellent bore. Stock is in fantastic condition having been refinished by its previous owner. Metal showing brownish in receiver area. Overall a well kept old timer from yesterday. Mfg. 1923 - 1942. Buyer pays shipping.
