Offered for sale is a terrific condition Smith & Wesson Nickel New Departure Top Break .38 with the 4” Barrel that is in the original box. It has the original black hard rubber grips and they remain as new. The metal condition is 99%+ with all of the bright original nickel finish remaining. The blue trigger guard and release latch look new. The bore is like new and the gun functions just like when it left the factory. I do not see any evidence that this gun has ever been fired. This is the best condition S&W top break that I have ever encountered. I offer a three-day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $65 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information. Please see my other collectible firearms that I have listed.
