Vintage USGI WW2 era Springfield Armory M1 Garand Service Rifle. Serial number 536801, manufactured in early 1942 with 24 inch replacement barrel, dated 6-63. Caliber is 30-06 Springfield with a 13 1/16" length of pull to metal trapdoor butt plate. Fine overall condition with very nice metal and a replacement stock retaining 80% of its finish, with much in the way of handling marks/dings/dents. Bore is excellent, is bright with sharp rifling (muzzle errosion=1, Throat errosion=3). Excellent mechanical condition. A decent example of its type, great shooter grade. CURIO & RELIC
