Description:
Made in 1979 based on the AE date code in Italy by Renato Gamba and imported by Steyr Arms in Secaucus NJ. This gun features a coin finish receiver with elegant scroll engraving. Some very slight discoloration on the left lock plate and on the bottom edge of the receiver. Straight grip English style stock has fine checkering with 13 3/4 inches of pull over a 3/4 inch leather covered recoil pad. Single trigger. 27 5/8 inch barrels, although commonly advertised at 28 inches. Ejectors. Fixed choke, the left barrel is IMP MOD and the right barrel is MOD. Bores are excellent. The gun locks up tight. Barrels retain 98%+ original blue. Engraved on the top of the barrels is BY RENATO GAMBA MANNLICHER MOD. LONDON. Really a super gun all around. Serial number is 27165

We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required. There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws.
