Description: This is a pristine example of a T/C Contender chambered in 7-30 Waters with a 10" barrel with an integral factory ported muzzle break.  Overall barrel length with the break is 12".  The bore is mint and this gun has what looks to be very few rounds if any.  It features a Leupold Scope Base/Rings with a vintage Burris 2x scope that has a fine cross hair reticle.  The glass is excellent and the blue finish islike new  too.  Sling points on the for-end and bottom of grip.  The Contender features a single shot chamber with a top break action.  The trigger is light and crisp with the safety on the hammer.  This gun dates to 1992 manufacture.  The T/C pistols are known for accuracy and can change barrels very easily.   The 7-30 Waters is a classic setup for handgun hunting and metallic silhouette shooting. It combines the Contender’s accuracy and versatility with the ballistic advantages of the 7-30 Waters cartridge.  The 7-30 Waters Parent Case is the 30-30 Winchester, necked down to 7mm.  Bullet Diameter is 0.284" (7mm) with typical bullet weights of 120–139 grains with velocities of 120 gr bullet ~2,400 fps and 139 gr bullet ~2,100 fps.
