"Serial No. GV6750, manufactured in 1944 at the Izhevsk Arsenal, chambered in 7.62x54R with a 29" round barrel. Bore is good, showing areas of frosting and oxidation. Serial numbers are non-matching, and an import mark is present on the right side of the barrel. The hardwood stock remains in good condition overall, with visible repairs noted along the left side. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A solid wartime example of the Soviet Union’s standard service rifle during the Second World War.
