Description:
This is a lot of Buck and Ball, .69 and .31 Caliber bullets and a cartridges from the Civil War used in smooth bore muzzle loading guns. They are from a large collection that followed A Handbook of Civil War Bullets & Cartridges by Thomas and Thomas. Included are two sets of dug round balls and a wrapped cartridge. The cartridge has some separations that has allowed some of the powder to leak out. All come in collector tubes and are identified with the number from the book. Photo of book is shown but not included for sale but are readily available online.
