This is a Colt Second Generation 1st Model Dragoon, .44 caliber. Serial Number 27516. This ‘F’ Series Colt is from my personal collection. New and unfired in its original black box and with original papers. The ‘F’ series was made by Lou Imperato/Iver Johnson Arms in New Jersey from 1977-1982, with the work done under Colt supervision. Barrels, cylinders, and backstraps were cast in Italy and the rest of the parts were made in New Jersey. Each revolver was fit and finished by hand and are considered authentic Colts. This is a high quality revolver with bright, clear Colt blue and beautiful, old-style caseharden color. $875, plus $40 shipping and insurance. Check or Money Order.
