Here is a 1936 Mauser Luger S/42, 9 mm, that has been in my collection for over 25+ years. It is all matching, s/n 4261, with 1 matching magazine and correct tool. 1936 was an early year of regular Mauser Luger production and the first to feature the full date on the chamber. Finish is excellent with bluing and on smaller parts being a straw (yellowish color). The tool is correct and is marked 42. It is a field replacement tool produced by Mauser. The holster is dated 1939 with a Nazi Eagle over WaA286. (See all these features in the photos).
