The Browning B425 Elite in 28 gauge is a seldom-seen and highly refined over/under shotgun, produced exclusively for the European market. Built on Browning’s renowned boxlock action, this particular example is chambered for 2.75" shells and features elegant 30" barrels choked Improved Cylinder and Improved Modified, ideal for sporting clays or refined upland hunting.
The action is coin-finished and extensively adorned with intricate floral and scroll engraving, accented by the “Elite” designation on the underside—highlighting its elevated status within the B425 line. The wood is equally impressive: a handsomely figured walnut stock and forend, finished with a rich oil polish that accentuates the grain. The round knob pistol grip offers traditional control and aesthetic appeal. Crisp, tight checkering on the grip and forend provides both function and form, while the original Browning black buttplate remains intact. The forend shows two light impressions on the left side, with additional faint handling marks on stock and forend consistent with careful use.
