This Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman, chambered in .357 Magnum, is in very good condition. The blued finish is very nice, showing only light signs of use and well-preserved overall. It features original checkered wooden grips in very good condition, adding to its classic appeal, and also includes an extra set of black rubber grips for added versatility. Mechanically excellent with a smooth action, this revolver is a fine example of S&W’s renowned craftsmanship—ideal for both collectors and shooters alike.

C&R: A C&R license is acceptable for C&R firearms. Firearms determined to be C&Rs by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old. A C&R license is only valid for the person to whom it is issued to.

CALIFORNIA: We do ship to California if it falls within what is legal. Many older handguns cannot be shipped into California due to State Restrictions. C&R Handguns are exempt from this restriction. As they are exempt, they are unable to be shipped directly to that C&R License. California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R firearms directly to a C&R holder in the State of California. You must have the firearm shipped to a 01 FFL Holder.

NEW YORK: Handguns cannot be shipped directly to a C&R holder in the State of New York and must be transferred through a dealer. Antique cartridge handguns require an FFL transfer in New York City.

It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing.     RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 5-day Monday-Friday inspection/return policy. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the firearm within this time frame. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping. With PLEASE, ask questions before.
