Description:
The holster is in very good, US military Model 1912, 1911 .45 Holster in original condition with tight stitching and supple leather with some crackling. Very good hardware and swivel with nice patina, just light verdigris, correct belt hanger and embossed US on the front flap. This holster is marked, Rock Island Arsenal 1914 T.C.C. The TCC indicates the inspector "Thomas C. Carroll" also on the back is stamped "HE". The front flap is stamped extensively with many individual letters and numbers. I think they are unit markings but I can not decipher them. Really nice carried example. Please see photo's for finer details.;
