Hard to find in this outstanding condition. Colt 1st generation SAA Frontier Sixshooter (PEACEMAKER). 44-40. 7 1/2" bbl. 1915 manufacture. 100% original. Letter. Letter states: Stokes unlisted. In many instances, that is the norm. Early on, people found that you could purchase the grips direct from manufacturers at far lower cost. They would order gun without, then buy their MOPS, WOOD CARVED and IVORIES direct. These ivories appear to be original to gun. Perfect fit. Aged correctly.
