Savage 1899 Factory Takedown Barrel – .303 Savage
Original Savage factory takedown barrel chambered in .303 Savage. Measures 20" with an excellent bore. Features a notched rear sight and blade front sight. The top of the barrel is roll-stamped:
“Manufactured by Savage Arms Corp, Utica, NY, USA. July 23, 1893, October 3, 1899, May 25, 1909, June 1, 1909.”
A great find for collectors or those restoring an original Model 1899.
