SXS RIFLE, 9.3 X 72R, SN 669XX, 26” light bbls., 2 leaf folding rear sight, ivory bead front sight, also provision for scope mount, outside hammers, engraved locks, frame & trapdoor in bottom of stock, engraved steel PG cap, checkered stock with cheek rest, serrated shotgun style buttplate, DST, folding tang sight folds out of upper tang, 98% bbl. blue, mint bores, nicely striped figured stock with erratically curved PG, top tang bbl. release, casehardening on the receiver but starting to turn gray, locks marked “J.P. Sauer & Son”, also bbls., trap in butt stock will accept 4 cartridges, dated 10-8-49. $6950
