"Serial number 21239T. Made circa 1865. 33 caliber with a 4" barrel. This gun is in excellent condition with 90%+ of the original blue. This gun is factory engraved with well executed scrolls on all parts. The grips are excellent with nice sharpo checkering. The top of the frame continuing on the barrel is marked “Manufactured for A. B. Griswold & Company New Orleans" This is a 3rd Model that has the T suffix on the serial number and these guns were made directly after the civil War during the reconstruction period. During the Civil war the firm went by Thomas Griswold and Before that Hyde & Goodrich. This gun comes in a factory case with all of the proper accessories.
