Description:
This is a very nice example of a US Vietnam War US M1917 Shotgun bayonet, made by GEN-CUT (General Cutlery) and marked US M1917, GEN CUT and Eagle in a box. The 16 1/2" unsharpeded blade is in very good condition with more than half of the finish to the blade, pinned guard and pommel. The original plastic grips are not cracked or chipped. Green plastic scabbard with a metal parkerized finish throat, marked U.S. M-1917. B.A INC, small crack near tip, with signs of use. Will add to any collection.;
