I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique Scrase Imperial Russian Berdan II Model 1870, single shot battle rifle, It was introducedd in 1868 under the reign of the Czar Alexander II, magnufactured in 1878. No FFL required. Chambered for 10.75x 58R (Similar to the French Gras & the 43 Mauser). Comes with its original cleaning rod and its rare bayonet which unlike the rifle is pitted as the cosak /the soldier used for tool, tente stake etc... Imperial markings & various numbers, dates all visible on the pictures. 32.6/8" barrel with an excellent shinning bore with sharp rifling, I believe the arsenal factory blue finish rates 85-90%, the wood bears the normal scarses being stacked and racked. The Berdan II M1870 was one of the most powerful rifle of its time, so particular for its 30o degree bolt action allowing fast reloading on the battle field. Hi quality piece of history. Very collectible & good example of rare Russian Model 1870 Berdan II. What is not written in the description might be seen on the pictures.
