Description: Gun retains a pleasing patina overall with some old rust and minor pitting here and there. The lock markings are present, but we can't really make them out. Have photographed all the proofs on it too. From what we've been told, this is an Italian military pistol. Can't seem to find any others to compare it to. Brass has a pleasing dark uncleaned patina to it. Either the sear is worn or the tumbler notches are worn, as the hammer will not hold at cock, strong spring tension though. 7 5/8 inch barrel. No provision for a ramrod. Roughly .70 caliber. Bore is dirty and has rust. Roughly 14 inches long overall. Wood is fine with some light dings and handling marks. Very hard gun to find. Made in the early to mid 1800's. ANTIQUE! Buyer pays $40 shipping CONUS, including full insurance and tracking. AK & HI are extra.
