Description:
Here we present a beautiful Winchester Model 70 Super Grade chambered in .30-06 Springfield. This rifle sports a 24" cold hammer-forged free-floating barrel with an excellent shiny bore and a gorgeous gloss finish maple stock with shadowline cheekpiece. Some other key features of this rifle include: Recessed target crown, MOA trigger system, Pre-'64 style controlled round feed with claw extractor, Blade-type ejector, Inletted sling swivel studs, Engraved steel crossbolt, Forged steel receiver with integral recoil lug, and a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. The rifle is in Excellent Condition with the exception of a few very light handling marks. The one-piece steel floorplate, marked "Super Grade", shows a decent amout of bluing wear, most likely from being held there by the previous owner. Other than that the rifle looks like new. It is mechanically excellent with a very nice, crisp trigger pull at just a hair over 2lbs. Feel free to call or text with any questions or for more pictures.
