Original Antique military circa 1870's Remington Rolling block rifle appears to be 43 Spanish. The two piece walnut stock shows numerous dents dings and handling marks from use. The but stock is marked 54 on each side and a rectangular cartouche on the left wrist. All metal parts show a brown patina. The action has 2 catch's and works fine. Both front and rear sights are present. The Remington address on the tang shows pattent dates from 1864-1874. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
