Description:
This is a German 1898 second version rifle Bayonet. The unsharpened chromed blade is in very good original condition, slight oxidation, no chip with correct tip, length is correct at 20 1/2". Two piece handle is also in very good condition with nice brown patina, 9 grooves. There is a some surface oxidation to the chrome, on pommel, handle and guard and would rate good. Interesting chrome example.;
