The 742 Woodsman semi-automatic rifle is becoming increasingly difficult to find. This one is in very good condition and ready to hunt. It is in 30.06 cal with a 22" barrel and a 13.5" LOP. The wood has a few handling marks. The worst is shown in pic 10. The metal is in great shape. It comes with a period leather sling. Solid and ready for the field. This one was made in the final year of production in 1980.
