Description:
Early Charles Hellis serial number 1326: straight grip, double trigger, splinter forearm, ejectors, automatic safety, Nitro Proof for 70mm. This gun appears to have been refinished in England. The stock measures 1 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 14 3/8" over a leather covered recoil pad. The barrels measure .727" - .720" in the right and .729" - .699" in the left. There are two very small grain cracks behind the safety tang and a crack in the middle of the forearm starting at the iron. This lively little 12ga weighs in at 6 pounds 4 ounces.
