Description:
4-3/4 inch round barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a bright shiny bore with scattered light pitting and strong rifling. Barrel has turned grey with brown freckles and good traces of blue in protected areas. Correct 2 line barrel address. Traces of blue on the cylinder flutes remain. The left side of the barrel is stamped "(BISLEY MODEL) COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER". Case colored frame and hammer are mostly a grey color with traces of color in the protected areas. Left side of the frame shows the Rampant Colt logo. Matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard and rear grip strap. Hard rubber checkered grips show some smoothing and wear but fit good. Action needs some attention. Nice old Bisley made in 1907. There were only 6.803 Colt Standard Frame Bisley Models were made in 44 WCF caliber. This Bisley certainly has the rugged "Old West" look.
