Barrel is a brown patina, left side of the barrel is marked with a deep “M" (Joseph Morgan-per George Moller). Lock plate is stamped with “Eagle/ New Haven." Rear of the lock plate is marked with a curved “U. STATES" Lock also has faceted brass pan with fence. Stock is very good with scattered nicks, dings and scratches. A section of forstock between the muzzle band and center band have been replaced. Action holds at half and full cock.
