Payment Types Accepted: Certified checks and personal checks Description: This dainty little 28 gauge was made in 1953 by one of England’s many respected makers. 28” barrels choked cylinder and modified , double triggers, straight stock to a checkered butt, and extractors. The gun has light even hunting wear but retains a large amount of blue and case color and is tight as the day it was made. The wood has a nice satin oil finish and the checkering is sharp. Tight ribs with clean bores that measure correctly and no dents. This gun has a fantastic set of barrels that have original 2 1/2” chambers and the forcing cones were relieved by Mike Orlen. Minimum wall thickness above .030. It weighs 5lbs 4oz with 4/5 lb trigger pulls. Comes with the maker’s case and cleaning supplies, rod, oil bottle, and snap caps. This is a perfect little woodcock gun with no unnecessary ejectors. I have had the stock off this gun and the inside is clean and the inletting is crack free with no glass filler. I have also patterned it at 20 and 30 yards at a 30" circle. It delivers a perfect pattern! Centered and a tad high.
