This is quite the unique 686 dash 5 no internal lock revolver. It has a half lug 6" barrel that only came on the mountain gun type revolvers. Someone did an incredible job of coverting this from full to half lug. The gun is in fantastic condition with very few signs of use. ZERO rust or pitting of any kind. Mechanics are spot on with perfect timing on each hole and no cylinder end shake. Nice, snug lockup. If you are into rare configurations, this one is for you. No box or paperwork.
