Description:
Offered for your consideration is an authentic Indian Wars era U.S. military rifle sling for the Springfield Trapdoor and Krag Jorgensen rifles. Measures approximately 65" in length and 1-3/16” wide. This nicely preserved leather sling has tooled edges, two keeper loops, and brass hardware that has a nice rich patina. The leather is in VG+ shape overall. It could use some conditioning, but I’ll leave that up to the buyer. The brass hardware is intact, showing some minor verdigris. Overall an exceptional vintage military sling that will complement the finest Trapdoor Springfield or Krag rifle! Any questions? Just ask! And as always, FREE SHIPPING to your door!!
