"Original WWII SA (Sturmabteilung) dagger manufactured by Aug. Merten Ww. of Solingen. Features an 8¾" bright blade with standard “Alles für Deutschland" motto etched on the obverse and “M / two branches / Aug. Merten Ww. / Solingen GR" maker’s mark on the reverse. Blade shows light staining but retains strong original luster. Nickel-plated cross guards show light flaking along the edges, but remain in overall very good condition. A solid example of a wartime SA dagger from a lesser-seen Solingen maker.
