Three Winchester receivers and barrels all have a thin coat of surface rust; Number one is a 1894 26 inch octagon .38-55 serial number 55056 made in 1899 bore is not to bad; Number two is a 1894 26 inch round .38-55 serial number 96143 made in 1900 bore is ruff; Number three is a 1892 saddle ring with 23 inch barrel serial number 897290 made in 1920 .38-55 I think, bore is ruff, All have a thin coat of rust no pitting.
