The Mosin-Nagant rifle designed in 1891 was the primary rifle for infantry of the Imperial Army and later the Red Army. The M91/30 produced from 1930 to 1945 was the main infantry rifle used by the Red Army in World War II. This model was produced at the Izhevsk factory in 1943. 7.62X54R
