Serial #17617, .22 WRF, 6 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Colt Police Positive Target revolver manufactured in 1920 featuring adjustable rear target sights. In exceptionally nice, excellent condition the barrel, frame and cylinder retain virtually all, 98-99% of the original colt blue finish with only a faint drag line. The hammer and trigger are likewise excellent with lustrous blue finish. The Colt "C" hard rubber grips rate excellent with crisp fine detail. An outstanding example of these sought after Target Model Police Positive revolvers that would be hard to improve upon. FFL or C&R
