The Springfield Armory 1884 Trapdoor rifle with serial number 459372. 1889 stamped on the wood stock. Chambered in .45-70 Govt with a 32.5\" barrel, this firearm shows typical signs of age including worn bluing, scratches, scuffs, and dings on both the metal and wood (not enough image slots to show every marking/wear). Despite its wear, it remains in good condition and is a prized collectible piece from the late 19th century. Serial number: 459372.
